BEHIND THE LENS

 

My name is Maisie Leigh. I am a professional photographer in Iowa. I discovered my passion for photography seven years ago. I then worked as Rochelle Green's (Green Door Photography) assistant for four years where I experienced the hard work that goes into being a successful photographer. I went to ICCC and UNI to further my education. I have a very laid back photographing style and I like to think of myself as a comedian while shooting. I can usually accomplish getting a laugh or two out of clients! I love to get to know my clients so I get a feel of the unique twist I will put on the photographs. This career path has lead me to some great friendships - I am pretty lucky I get to work with so many awesome people.
